The Ultimate Dynamic DNS Update Client for Mac. dDNS Broker SE is a complete rewrite of the popular dDNS Broker application in Swift programming language. We also improved the user interface. Like its predecessor, dDNS Broker SE works with about 50 popular dynamic DNS service providers, and can monitor public IPv4 and IPv6 address changes across multiple network interfaces. Since dDNS Broker SE can distinguish between separate networks, it works without interruption should your server ever be on the move, either physically or virtually. Also, dDNS Broker SE always detects your IPv4 address accurately - even when your system is behind a transparent proxy. dDNS Broker SE's user interface was built for intuitive usage. The user interface’s dialog dynamically adapts to each service provider’s features and terminology, while info buttons provide guidance at each step. And, if something doesn’t go as expected, simply consult the service provider-specific diagnostic report offered with each query and update attempt. Meanwhile, sensitive information, like passwords, are saved only in your system’s keychain. Upon each login, dDNS Broker SE can start running in the background, only alerting you, should you choose, to IP address changes, dynamic DNS record updates, and changes in active network interfaces—out of sight, but always keeping you up to date. Supported dynamic DNS providers: ChangeIP, CloudFlare, ClouDNS, DNS-O-Matic, DNS2Go, DNSEver, DNSExit, DNShome, DNSMadeEasy, DNSZi, DreamHost, DuckDNS, duiaDNS, DynDNS, DynDNS.it, DynDNS.berlin, DYNU, Dynv6, EasyDNS, Enom.com, EntryDNS, FreeDNS.Afraid.org, GoDaddy, Google Domains, Hover.com, Hurricane Electric, Joker, LaView, Loopia, MyDNS.jp, MyOnlinePortal, NameCheap, No-IP, Now-DNS, OpenDNS, OVH, Pair Domains, RimuHosting, selfHOST.de, Sitelutions, Sonic, spDYN.de, TwoDNS, YDNS.io, ZoneEdit, and Zonomi. You can also use two new Generic Providers to support most dynamic DNS providers. How do I bring the window back after closing it? There doesn't seem to be anything running in the menubar or dock, though the app is still clearly running in Activity Monitor. But if I try to just re-open the app, nothing happens. Best I can tell is the only way to re-open the window is quit the app via Activity Monitor and re-open...

Easy to configure. Can set up sequential updates to multiple providers. IPV4 and IPV6 compatible. Customizable query frequency. Huge list of compatible providers including all the top domain registrars, CloudFlare, and DynDNS. Outstanding work!

Never emails

No matter hwat user I leave logged-in or what settings I apply "System Default" which is, and/or, "Etherenet" or "Wi-Fi", this crappy software NEVEER emails me until AFTER I get the IP and get back on the system?! SERIOUSLY? You have ONE @!#$%^&*( JOB and cannot even do that right? This software MUST BE MADE TO BE A DAEMON and not this 2-bit useless, never-emailing desktop app that won;t work if not logged-in. Otheriwse, it's simply trash even at $5 a year...

Okay, it is our mistake. We apologize... We already fixed it. Apps that are sold via the app store cannot send emails directly. So, we use services running on our servers, to receive email content from our app, convert that to an email and send it to the address you specified. When we were maintaining our servers we modified a DNS entry by mistake, and our email infrastructure became inoperable. In short, there was noting wrong in the app. Also, the last time we checked, Apple was not allowing 'deamon' type apps distributed thru the app store.If you had just sent a short email to us, we could have solve this issue one week earlier. Unlike emails, we do not check our ratings and reviews daily.

This app is the best (I could find) for managing DDNS with updates of my Public IP changes. Give it a whirl!

- Fixed a defect that caused incorrect licenses to be shown or offered. - Added support for the AAAA records for the dDNS provider OVH. - Added a new option to enable/disable "enforce minimum duration between updates" feature. Typical user need to keep this option enabled. Please note that if you disable this option and if your public IP address changes frequently (like switching between VPN connections) then your dDNS provider may flag your system as an "abuser" and block your account. DISABLE THIS OPTION AT YOUR OWN RISK.
