Exactly what we needed

This app has come a long way and the upcoming developments they’ve promised are really exciting! I can’t wait to be able to text pictures and videos from within the app.

One of my favorite features of the app is pretty simple: sales people can click the phone number to make calls and it auto completes the task in DealerSocket. The DL scanner and VIN scanner are huge too. Notifications make it really easy to see what needs to be see when it needs to be seen. When the sales staff is out clearing snow for the 35th time in the winter, the ability to see urgent tasks from the lot is huge.

I also love that it has almost eliminated the window watchers. As more and more customers are engaging online and via text, this app makes it super easy to engage how the customer wants to work with us.

It will do everything it needs for sales

I appreciate all the updates for this app. Sales people can do everything needed on the phone to make a sale, including being able to push the deal over to the DMS. All people are constantly on the mobile phone anyway so why not use it to make money as well? This app allows that to happen. Sales people can separate themselves from their competitors by sending personalized videos and pictures directly from the app. Also, some of the customers actually give wrong phone numbers but with SocketTalk we can verify their phone number right on the spot by sending them the opt in message. Drivers License scanner takes less than 5 seconds to upload the customer’s info so it makes it real easy and convenient. Adding a trade is a piece of cake. We can complete all tasks and create new tasks, look at all the customers as well as the inventory just from the app so the reps don’t have to wait around for a computer to open up. We can also print forms directly from the app.
It’s so much easier to sell now vs the old days. Love the app and the sales people love it as well once they’ve been trained on all the features. If you don’t know how to use it, get trained on it. It will help you sell more a lot easier and quicker.

An effective app for all users

I am a HUGE fan of the DealerSocket mobile app. I know some people think it’s just for sales people, but it’s a whole lot more. Yes, your sales staff can securely scan a license and log a new customer in 10 seconds, and yes they can see and follow up with any deals they are working, and they can also send personalized videos to customers as well as texts that are all stored in the history, but it’s also a great way for managers to get a high level view of what’s going on. The Sales Dashboard section literally gives you every piece of information you need from all new internet leads to appointments for that day and emails that have been sent by the sales people. You can even drill down into that information to get as granular as you want to and find opportunities to teach your sales people how to be more effective and really manage them in a better way. Honestly it’s the best CRM app out there by far. I don’t know why some people low ball it with the ratings. It’s just like any other technology in any industry, it may give you a glitch or two but, overall I’m very satisfied with it and I’d recommend it to any manager.
