DEC Connect provides Delaware Electric Cooperative customers account management at their fingertips. Customers can view their usage and billing, manage payments, notify customer service of account and service issues and receive special messaging from DEC.
Bill & Pay -
Quickly view your current account balance and due date, manage recurring payments and modify payment methods. You can also view bill history including PDF versions of paper bills directly on your mobile device.
My Usage -
View energy usage graphs to identify high usage trends. Navigate graphs quickly using an intuitive gesture based interface.
Contact Us -
Easily contact DEC by email or phone. You can also submit one of the many predefined messages, with the ability to include pictures and GPS coordinates.

This app is fantastic! I can pay my bill, I can see outages, I can get messages about peak usage. It is a really well put together app. And I can even message the electric company right through the app and report an outage. And on the app you can see the little trucks on their way working on any problems. It’s really a terrific product!
More than just a bill pay app.
Easy to use and filled with information.
I really expected this app to be awful, since nearly all utility apps are, but it's actually quite good. It's easy to use and quick to make payments. Design could perhaps be slightly more attractive, but overall it's very well done.
