A handy resource

As as an attorney and former intern at a war crimes tribunal in The Hague, I highly recommend this app. The app is fully functional and serves as a great point of reference for those interested in international law and human rights. The app organizes the articles in a way that makes it more convenient to reference than a paper copy of the same.
