Just been at it trouble shooting for an hour to obviously use all its features by using the app. It’s still not connecting. Why is this so difficult.

I have 2 DEENKEE robot vacuums. dk700 and d40
Are Breaking after few months! When my first
One break and i think it was ok to get d40 because
I thought it was a only robot that broke so these two broke
