Needs better instruction and step-by-step wizards. Maybe it works, maybe it doesn’t, who knows — so hard to figure out the unintuitive UI that you never quite know what it’s doing. Honestly, needs a redesign with some stronger UI folks.

Deflection Lite contains only a subset of the functionality and complexity that the other tiers offer. Clums y UI coupled with limited functionality has me looking for something better.
