Description
This is the Deiter Bros App. The app allows users to view information about their account, order fuel, request service, and make payments on their account using their device. Customers create a login for this app by using an account number that they obtain from registering on our website. There is no cost or fees to register and use this app.
Features:
- Check your account information. This shows the address and amount due for a particular account number.
- View your delivery status for a particular location. This will give you information about the fuel for a particular location, along with last and next delivery date.
- Check your billing information. This will show your aging history and current balance.
- Order fuel. You can order a fuel delivery from here.
- View your service status. This will show the system name, last service, and last tune up for a location.
- Make a payment. This will allow you to make a payment for an account against its account balance.
- Change your profile information. From here you can change your email address and password.

Won’t work
Setup account in app but never was able to access it. Every attempt to log in gives “wrong user name or password”, any attempt to use Forgot Password option gives “error while sending recovery email” and does not send, and any attempt to set up a new account gives a reply that “information does not match user information on file” and will not set up new account. Made a number of attempts to contact Deiter Bros to resolve but nobody is able to help. Very disappointing, otherwise very happy with Deiter Bros and was really looking forward to using the app.
Set up failed
Tried setting this up using the correct information but it failed each time. Same issue as the last review
Doesn’t work
Cant login using my credentials that work on the website. Tried doing a password reset and get a link that I tried changing my password which also didn’t work
