Use the Delighted app to:

• Add Widgets to your home screen or lock screen to show chosen CX metrics
• See your current NPS, CSAT, CES, or 5-star score at a glance
• Understand your score breakdown with the score bar
• Tap any response to see its full details like scoring, properties, and notes.
• Share responses with your team to take action
• Enable Push Notifications on new responses

The Delighted app is a free resource for Delighted users, in addition to the Delighted Kiosk app for in-store feedback collection. Once you download the app, enter your login credentials to start viewing survey data on the go. The app fully supports users with 2-step security turned on.

Access to my critical customer data on the go

I love using Delighted to survey my customers and track their health via NPS. Unfortunately if a customer reported an issue in the survey, I wouldn’t see it if I wasn’t on my laptop. Now I can check on surveys and see my overall score at any time. Data syncing works great and I can even submit comments to track customer follow-up with my team members. Thanks Delighted- this is an awesome app!

Limited Functionality

Was expecting more than being limited to just the last 30 day NPS score. No filtering of responses - just one endless scroll of survey feedback. App very lacking and undoubtedly recommend accessing account through mobile web instead.
