White Screen after paying for upgrade

I downloaded the app and paid for the upgrade. It didn’t work at first but I contacted support and they had the issue fixed very quickly. Great little app now that I’m stuck at home and have several orders coming in at once. Thanks so much!

Doesn’t update to match tracking

I thought this would be a good solution for having to use several different shipping apps, but there are a few annoyances and a fatal flaw.

As to why this app was designed with one shipment per page, while there’s a gigantic blank space under each page baffles me. Every other shipping app provides a list you can tap to see details, and there was no reason to reinvent that wheel.

The flaw that makes this app virtually useless is that is does not consistently update when a shipment receives new information. I assume this app simply plugs the tracking number into the actual shipper’s website and displays the information provided. However, it will literally sometimes take days (if it ever correctly displays) to provide accurate tracking information. For an app this simple with such a specific purpose, not doing said one simple job makes it a one star for me (unfortunately, even after purchasing the upgraded version).

We are currently working in a new version of the app that will be released alongside with the new iOS 15 with a new UI, notifications, sync between devices, iPad optimised version and many other features.

Nice app

The information is even accurate than the official DHL website! DHL and the other website shows my parcel arrive at delivery facility. Only this app shows it is delivered. I went to downstairs and my package is there :)
