Ok until you need to change password
Worked very good but for some reason it is time to change my password and not matter what I try to change it to keep getting message "password change failed"
I've always paid my bill online, so I haven't had the problem logging in some people have. I can't use the web page on my iPad to pay my bill, so when I saw this app I was super excited. The interface is great and responds well. I was able to pay my bill last minute just now after freaking out that I forgot before leaving for vacation. Extremely convenient. I saw a spot for convenience fee for credit cards, but I use echeck and didn't have one so not sure about that. I saw a couple tightwad reviews complaining about that. Also, another great feature is viewing all prior bills in PDF format right in the app. Haven't had any problems so rating 5-stars for now. Keep up the great work Demco! And thanks for not having major outages lately like Entergy. Lol
Installed, input acct # and password (that I already had been using on web site) and I was able to pay the bill using echeck. I was unable to pay echeck on my ipad in Safari previously, probably because of flash or some other applet incompatibility, but the app worked flawlessly.
I am satisfied.
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
