I think this app has the potential to be very useful. Some things that would make it better:Easier cropping. I found myself battling with its sensitivity when I tried shortening the length of it. Crop size. I found it to be a little too large. The white noise in my video was isolated from other noises for only a brief moment and because the crop size was too large I was not able to select just the white noise, making the app unsuccessful for me. I think with these little improvements the app would become more versatile and useful to more people!

I have used de noise on my last few videos so thought I’d give them a big thanks! I have done some videos for work and there is always background noise and hum from living in nyc. I bought a usb microphone but this made little difference and was considering asking for an extension before submitting the videos - it just seemed unprofessional to have so much ambient noise. As a last resort I downloaded Denoise on my phone and was pleased to find it improved sound quality by a HEAP, got rid of all the background noise and static. My only gripe is that sometimes it crashes and doesn’t save the whole video but when I restart my phone it works fine - so this might be an issue with my phone (iPhone SE).All in all, wish it had been recommended to me and highly recommend if you are filming videos and want them to be professional and sound good!

I like , regularly use for some out of the ordinary circumstances , and I’m honestly this app has been so helpful . and I also enjoy the app , it has helped me in certain ways by catching things normally you wouldn’t . Best one I have found yet . For a free app I think one should give it a shot to see if it works right for your needs. I will say it needs some fixes, the Denoise modes you cannot fully read because of the layout somehow… and it does take playing around with to get used to it. The instructions or help really didn’t give much of accurate know how . :-)

As an audio-industry professional with over a decade of production experience to my name, let me tell you a thing audio tools in general: you can't fix garbage. If your audio is totally ruined, this app (and all professional noise-reduction software on the market) will make your audio sound like it's under water. It's a horrible effect, but you can't blame the app, and that's what 99% of the negative reviews on here are about.This app can take great-sounding audio with an unfortunate swath of broadband noise and help clear up that noise, and that's all you could really ask a program like this to do. The fact that it's so easy to use is brilliant—just highlight a section between words or sound you want in your work, and the app automatically does the rest. My only wish-list items for this app is that it would be swell to have some control over the noise reduction. Also, being able to import just audio would be handy. Finally, Dropbox integration would be a real plus.All things considered, it's hands-down the best app on the market for what it does.
