Ratings and Reviews
Very disappointing
I have tried reaching out to customer service on 3 different occasions by email and by phone with no response. I am forced to use this app to upload my continuing education certificates for my license. But it only works part of the time and many times the certificate will not attach. I know how to attach it, save and submit. It’s not user error. It just doesn’t work. What’s so discouraging is that I have to use this app. But it needs lots of improvement. And most disappointing is that no one will even respond to help me. I’m a young person who is tech savvy. I can’t imagine what some other people will do when they can’t upload their info.
Crap
I just spent 30 minutes of my time trying to open this app. My opinion is the same review As another posting. Needs upgrading.
Update
This app needs updated for the new software update. It won’t even let me open it.
