The new Denver Zoo mobile app is the best way to explore the Zoo without missing anything that’s important to you! This digital guide includes a GPS-enabled map so you can find your favorite exhibits with ease, as well as the locations of concessions and restrooms. Get day-of information on feedings and demonstrations, including special surprises from zookeepers that might not be listed on our daily events schedule. You can even sign up to get push notifications so you don’t miss a show! Learn interesting details specific to our individual animals, such as their names and ages, or even what their favorite snack is. Why can’t I search for this app?

I have one small complaint. I tend to search for apps on my phone when I need to open them, and when I type in zoo on my iPhone, this app does not show up. Seems a little odd? Instead of searching for it I always just open the App Store and get it to open, but it’s a little inconvenient. Wish it was easier to find so I didn’t have to scroll through all of my apps on my phone to open this one.

Useless

The app keeps asking me to type my email & password every time I open it, no facial recognition or even remembering my email. Then I cannot save my membership to the Apple wallet, as I’ve tried several times throughout the last several months and any time I try the app collapses, leading me to click to open and have to do the whole log in process all over again. Finally, my tickets do not show up on the “my tickets” tab. Why have an app at all if it’s just to not work and bring unnecessary frustration? Much bette not to create that expectation of service, for customers who paid for really expensive memberships.

Completely worthless

This has never been a great app, but the latest update has made a total mess of it. The map is an embarrassment. There used to be a way to search for an animal, find concessions, etc. Now it is just an image. I tried to renew my membership and it just crashes. I could say more but it’s not worth the effort. This app needs to be abandoned and a new one built from scratch.
