This Depression Test is designed to help you evaluate the severity of your depression with just nine simple questions. This app uses the Patient Health Questionnaire (PHQ-9), a scientific, self-test questionnaire. Clinical depression is a mood disorder in which feelings of sadness, loss, anger, or frustration interfere with everyday life for weeks or longer. Clinical depression generally responds positively to treatment, so it is important to seek treatment if you are concerned about your mental health.

My review

I find this app very helpful! I am a teenager and thanks to this app I am now taking proper medication and finding myself enjoying life a little more. If it weren’t for this app... I more than likely wouldn’t be here right now. I have the reminder set to test me every 2 weeks and it’s looking a little better. Thank you to the makers of this app for helping me through some of my not so sunny days!

This test is very accurate!

When I took this to a professional they said * you are dealing with a type of depression* so this test was very very accurate I would definitely recommend this app so you should get it too!
