Receive, manage and track alarms and notifications in real-time directly on your mobile. Share incident details with your team, managers or other experts on duty. Instantly see who is on call. Troubleshoot and remedy critical incidents directly from your smart phone.

This mobile app is an extension to Derdack Enterprise Alert® software and requires an on-premise or hybrid could installation of the backend software. It works with various ITSM systems and with manufacturing control, facility management and many other enterprise systems.

Barely Functioning

I seriously don’t think I’ve had a worse experience with an app in my life.. ever. Constantly crashing, alert sounds play while you are looking at what it’s going off for, alert sounds overlap each other, when you try to ack the ack button just doesn’t work sometimes, the app does NOT send alerts to backups- there really is no end to the complaints. I cannot think of one redeeming quality of this app. Please sunset.

Crashes constantly

Every time I use the app while I’m on call, it crashes and shuts down on me. If I have 5 pages to acknowledge and later close, I can count on 10 crashes of the app. Rarely can I acknowledge a page without the app crashing, and the same when closing. Very frustrating experience and would love to see an update, it’s been 10 months since the last one.
