Almost there

I've just started using this app, which sends reminders to check on on whether I'm clenching my teeth, and what my pain levels are. When I first set the reminder, it didn't work. The second time, it sent a reminder to my lock screen -- but there's no info on how/where to record clenching/pain levels. (Exploration revealed that this is done under "research" in the drop down menu.) The app is a great idea; labels that are more clear will make if even better. Also, it would be great if there were a diary section that allows notes each day. I made a spreadsheet to track how my teeth fit together at different times of the day. It's all related, and I'll try ANY THING to reduce the pain & discomfort I'm I. I'll revisit this review after using the app for a bit.

Nighttime shut off

There doesn’t seem to be a way to turn off notifications while sleeping. I don’t want my phone buzzing every hour or randomly while I sleep.

Best out there...

But I think it's the only one of its kind. Would be more helpful if you could set the hours for when it sends out reminders. Would love to turn it off during certain parts of the day/night without turning off my phone.
