App is constantly unable to show what is needed
This app would be more helpful if they were actually working! Every time I log onto try to review what special items there are, etc., nothing is available. If you have a black card, whether it is level 12 or three, you should be able to look at what offers are available to you as a diamond card holder, and that goes for all players! if your app is not operable, there should be a warning that comes up like most apps, we apologize for the inconvenience. The app is currently not working, etc. etc. that would be very helpful!

Horrible app
With all the money that the casino make, it’s unbelievable that they can afford to have a reliable and working app. After I downloaded the app, I attempted to register as new user and then nothing, it couldn’t load the information. I just deleted the app and forget about it. Time waisted

Frustrated
I agree with ALL the other reviewers, this app is horrible! Everyday I have to delete the app and reinstall! Sometimes that works! With some many bad reviews it seems that it’s not the user but the app, fix it!!!
