There are still issues. Desert Diamond has decent lines and a nice sign up promo. Unfortunately, I had issues using the promo and was not awarded the full amount I won. After dealing with support I got everything fixed. It did take over a day so I wasn’t able to use funds in the meanwhile. After I ended up wanting to withdraw, I had many issues with the withdrawal process. It took me over 8 days with support to officially diagnose the issue with withdrawal. There is only one way to withdraw, via bank account. This overall was a very frustrating process for a book that is rather average. The payout on the plus side came the very same day. Super impressed with that. Beyond the initial sign up promo, there is nothing to reel you back in. Just a 20% boost here and there. I appreciate the help support gave, even though it seems like they had their hands tied. Didn’t seem like they knew what they could and couldn’t do. Also, phone support is non existent. They have a phone number but it goes straight to voicemail. You will be kind of scared to have your money in there, but at the end of the day it’s a legal book so they have to pay you out. Worst sports book out of all the ones available to bet on. They have really nothing to offer and make you jump through unnecessary hoops to get your money. They made a huge deal when I deposited $20 and didn’t bet it so I withdrew it right away and they held my money until I have them a reason why I did that and proof of bank statement/identity. They had no problem when I deposited and lost money so it’s mind boggling. USE ANOTHER SPORTSBOOK. They do have a good sign up promo so just use them for that.

Let me start by saying I never leave reviews, but this was such a bad experience I had to.

It started with their promo which is why I used the app. They offered a deposit bonus up to $250. What is not clear is that you’re not able to use the bonus independent of the funds you deposit. It appears you have to use half of your funds and half the bonus for a bet. This is not a great bonus considering almost every other sports betting app gives you a deposit bonus (new customers) that you can use independent of what you put in.

When I did out $250 into this app. It initially said it didn’t go through for one card then I used another, just for them to take $250 on both cards.

It has taken days for me to get my money. It’s been 9 and I still haven’t gotten my withdrawal. While some apps make you show you proof of id, address, etc at the beginning, this app allows you to make a deposit and bet, but waits until you make a withdrawal to ask for that documentation. Then they use it as an excuse to hold your money.

When I called customer service about this issue and brought up that FD and DK didn’t have these hoops to jump through, the agent told me it is because they are national and this app is just in Arizona and don’t have to abide by the same restrictions. So by their own statement, those other apps are more convenient.

Safe yourself the headache and use something else.
