New update make worse on paying your monthly bill

Dear developer kindly look at all flaws on this new updated page. User can not make date selection while making payment. Schedule payment is not an option here. You have to pay on the same date. New UI is like apple card but it is not good as it used to be. Please revert back to old system. I’ve stopped using this card because of this UI flaws. Make it simple page view instead of big round circle view

Terrible

Payments take forever to post, inaccurate balance reported to the bureaus, doesn’t even report to one bureau. On top of that, customer service is horrible. Whenever you bring these issues up they just tell you to take it up with the credit bureaus. Like how am I supposed to tell them to start reporting an account they don’t even know exists? And am I supposed to contact the 2 bureaus Deserve reports to every time I make a payment so they can update the balance? This is not normal. I’m also doubting the security of the account. I noticed somehow my email was changed on my account to an email address I don’t even own?? Some company email address of someone who works at consumer direct .com? I never changed my email to this random person’s email. The only reason I even found out is because when I contacted the unhelpful support, they told me no account was associated with my email, the email that’s been on my account for years. Then I go on my account and see it’s been changed to another person’s email. Of course I change it back, and then they want to point out that I just changed it and to contact the credit bureaus if anything is wrong. I hate this company.

Worse App I’ve ever used

This is one of the most frustrating and disappointing app I’ve ever used. Who’s idea was it to move away from the old app that existed a year ago? It was easy for me to check my credit score, which isn’t available on this new app. If it does, then it’s hidden somewhere I might need a compass to find. You chose to go with fancy design instead of actual substance. The app looks like it was design by a grade 1 students (no offense, that’s how terrible this app is). Please, get somebody who knows what they’re doing to design this app. Or better still just go back to the old app before this new one was introduce. I enjoyed using this app because of its simplicity. Kindly go back to that. Thanks.
