Huge Potential - Huge Problem

I bought this app after using their free online version to a make a very nice logo very quickly. with the online version you couldnt save the file (to edit later). you could download the JPG or PNG of course, but not save the file for re-editing. So i bought this app thinking with the paid version of course you’d be able to save. I was wrong. there is no way to save the file in a format that can be redited. Shortly after buying this, the release their online service where you could save the file for editing. So i wrote them asking if I could pay the difference (3 times!) and they never responded. I really want to like this app because functionally its awesome. BUT I NEED TO BE ABLE TO SAVE THE FILES SO I CAN EDIT THEM LATER! this is so basic. if they correct this, i will gladly switch my review to 5 stars.
Simple App - Great for simple logos

This app is really easy and simple to use. Great for personal and professional projects. Creates clean, simple logos and mutiple image formats. I’m very much an amateur when it comes to image software. I appreciated this software which really helped and was also a quick process. One quick tip is to make sure you make ALL THE CHANGES you want to your logo before saving and closing the app. If you need to go back and make edits to your logo, you have to start from scratch which isn’t that difficult.

Purchased this app with the idea I would be able to creat a logo for my photos. I made several logos and loved them. But the issue came when I wanted to place them on my photos. It was not that easy. Yes you can creat a logo but getting ot on your photos is a whole new ball game. I have contacted support several times request direction and help. Now I find out I have to have a special photo editing software to place the log on my photos. Not happy!
