Thank you so much for this app. It is very helpful to me, Tells me exactly what to do to make my iPhone run smoothly. The only thing missing is to delete iCloud backups, then set to do backups again. Free’s up iCloud storage!

I can’t count on the many times I’ve had to use this app, in fact it not even an app. You select through different options that best describe the problems that you are facing with your phone and it has you follow a tutorial,sometimes when completed does absolutely nothing. Sometimes the tutorial stops and you have to start all over, taking you to AT&T’s actual website prompting you to sign in ,and then it’s ( We’ve hit a snag, try again later) which is so frustrating, how's an app like this supposed to help? I had to call AT&T because I couldn’t send text messages or receive them and even they couldn’t help me but after 2 minutes after getting off the phone with them everything was fine they probably didn’t want to admit that was an outage or something that had to be fixed on their end. I wish they would revamp the app. In order for your phone to work properly, you have to call customer service and have them do a reproviision on their end you can’t do it yourself

This app is completely useless. It doesn’t help with anything, gives you almost no real information, and honestly there’s zero reason to keep it. The name “Device Help” is almost comedy, because it’s not helping with a thing. It runs a quick test kicks you over to some random website with generic troubleshooting tips and calls it “support.”On top of all that it gives totally inaccurate information about your device. It told me my battery saver was on even though I never use battery saver. Then it claimed I had burn marks on my screen which I absolutely do not.Yeah this app is trash. Go ahead and delete it.🚮🚮

This app was poorly made. But I think it’s just AT&T’s service in general that’s terrible. There are days when I can’t get a hold of my kids because my messages don’t go through. I go to this app to troubleshoot and the app itself doesn’t load, lags, or times out. Then when it finally does work, you go through all these steps only for the app to take you to the AT&T website for further troubleshooting. It’s frustrating. I don’t have the time.
