So I bought I new phone, unbeknownst to me it is not compatible with Dexcom technology . Dexcom cannot tell me when it will be. I tried to install apps on iPad and ran into Dexcom simulator and not what I had on my old phone. Very disappointing and frustrating. Dexcom, as much money you make on us, where is the service.

I am a newly diagnosed Type 1 diabetic and am taking Metformin in addition to Insulin. I’d like this app more if there was an option in Events for medication. As it is now, I’m using “health” to indicate when I take my meds.

This app isn’t maintained properly, it keeps on having bugs and errors, I called to complain several times, but they don’t fix it. If you sell a medical device thats based off software then make sure it works! and maintain it, so it doesn’t stop working from one second to the other with no solution
