I am too disappointed being unable to pay my LBFL credit card bill through this app. Earlier, I used to pay bill easily. However, after a certain update, I can not pay bill. Talked with customer care official who told me that it would be resolved. Still not, what to do, no hope there.

Words like “we’re the best in the industry” are free. But the shamelessness couldn’t be more apparent as soon as you compare what’s been promised in the description with your actual experience using the app.I used a random Tpin number and was able to successfully log in. Huge security flaw.Tried to perform an inter-bank fund transfer. Didn’t work… no error messages either.App functionality is miles below the other substandard apps. Literally no comments on the UI.Please sack the DBL personnel involved in the development cycle and put the developers in straight jackets.Do yourselves a favor and uninstall this poor excuse of an app.

Very poor app! I tried to transfer some money. While recipients account shows up, but my account never shows up in the dropdown. Please fix this, this is a critical bug which doesn’t allow user to do any transaction.

Most painful apps I have ever seen for iOS. Bkash and others apps are working fine, but don’t know who are behind this app development strategy issue. They should study more on the community of practice before giving extra pain to their customers. Pls
