Long awaited app

I have been waiting for this app for ages. Great work dhiraagu. But i will give u 5 stars when you integrate a token system into this app, and a call back service like BML. Sometimes we have to spend 20-30mins to get a hold of one of your one of you 123 customer service agents. At least add a Live chat into this app.

Still can be improved

Since you guys introduced this app a lot have been updated. Some needed features have been included in every update. Live chat have also been introduced in latest update. It would also be awesome to have a token generation system integrated into the app. Also you guys can include some SO raising features via the app rather than from my account. And i did not give 5 star cause this app doesn't work after mid night. It should be a 24/7 service.

But It would be more helpful if you guys use iOS features for the app, like users are able to check balance in the widget area or gestures to go back and all would be really helpfull
