The best part is classes + workouts can be as short as 10 minutes, or as long as 30 - So they can easily fit into your schedule and you can better yourself anywhere, anytime.

WHAT IS A YOGISTICK? : A YogiStick is an at home fitness tool similar to a block, strap, band, ab wheel, hand weights or any other fitness tool you have used at home. The YogiStick will help facilitate entrance into postures + movements, as the stick assists for extraordinary cushioning, support, balance, and flexibility without over-compensating.

Using the prop will strengthen your shoulders and opens the hips without you knowing it! Users range of motion will mature and progress when practiced with on a regular basis. The YogiStick aids the beginner, teaches the intermediate and challenges the experienced.

ANY SPACE, ANYTIME : Challenge yourself to guided workouts, you can do in your living room, bedroom or any space you have available. Most workouts + classes can be done with body weight, a YogiStick or simple set of weights.

POSES : Sort through yoga poses, read information about each pose and learn to apply your new found knowledge to your fitness, yoga and stretching regimen.




SEQUENCES : We have curated pose matching sequences (3-4 poses) to help you feel out some of the basic movements and flows using the YogiStick. Learn to create your own personal self-care flow and how to take care of your body inside and out.




MEDITATIONS : Our professional zen masters have created calming meditations to help you reduce stress and anxiety. Guidance toward improved breathing and increased relaxation for better sleep.

Begin a self-guided session at anytime choosing from a variety of relaxing ambient sounds and internal chimes.




EASY TO USE SEARCH TOOLS : Easily find the classes you’re looking for with the in-app filter feature. You can narrow your results by workout, practice, duration, teacher, level, body part and more.

Yoga gives you life!

This app is just wonderful to have in your back pocket at all times for those days that you can’t make it to the gym or are too lazy at home. It’s super user friendly and I whip it out constantly when I need to stretch a part of my body. I love Dominic’s style of teaching!! I have been doing yoga for the past 18 years and no matter how new or experienced you may be Dom is always able to make you feel comfortable, give you 3 or 4 different modifications to choose from and always will encourage you to surprise yourself and test your limits. Dom is also always in the best most encouraging/energetic/inspirational mood and it really lifts my spirits from the moment I walk into his class. The Dhurva stick is something very new and challenging to me and I love learning more about how to utilize it and get my body to stretch deeper! Do yourself a favor and try this app out or even better Dom’s class in person 🙌 you won’t regret it!

Love this app!!

All the teachers on the app are incredible, but Dominic is by far my favorite. His explanations of movements are what make him stand out above the rest. Everything is easily understood by a beginner and he can motivate anyone to become better in their practice. I’ve just started getting into yoga again and this app is great inspiration for my workouts. It’s super user friendly and the content he puts out is unmatched by any other fitness app I’ve had.

I’ve seen so much progress with my strength and flexibility from his classes, and the convenience of having all the exercises and poses on my phone is going to amplify growth much faster than just going to the gym.

Also, Yogistick is my number one favorite prop. This tool creates confidence for people who may not have the strength or balance to hold poses yet. I’ve been recommending it to all my clients who struggle with flexibility. Can’t wait to see this stick in everyone’s hands!

I can't gatekeep this app...

As someone who recently began my fitness and health journey, I can't express enough how grateful I am for this golden app.

Coming from a background where gyms and sports weren't part of my routine *at all*, starting this journey felt daunting. But Dhurva Training Club has been an absolute game-changer.

This app has given me the tools and motivation I needed to feel happy and confident on my fitness journey. Personally, I really love the flexibility Dhurva offers and the variety of lengths of classes- they easily fit into my very chaotic schedule.

On days when I'm not feeling my best, I can choose a lighter workout that still motivates me and gets me pumped. And when I'm up for a challenge, I can opt for a higher level workout to push myself more. The app really caters to my ever-changing needs.

Don't get me started on the Yoga portion of the app. With the huge variety of poses and curated sequences, I can explore and learn alongside my roommate, who is a yoga teacher. We use the app together for at-home yoga sessions, and it has truly enhanced our practice!

Navigating this fitness journey has been a transformative experience, and Dhurva Training Club has become my holy grail. It has made me feel more comfortable, confident, and excited about taking care of my body like never before. I could easily gatekeep this app... but I'm excited to share this wealth with all my friends. :)
