Amazing Customer Service- Great Functionality- Superb Price...

I am a novice at building diagrams for workflow. Had a fairly complicated diagram to execute. Diagrammix was up to my challenge. I had several issues- and, the developer was the most responsive that I've ever come across. Each question was answered by email within three hours. Often with animated online illustration created especially for my question! I don't know about those applications costing $70 more- but, Diagrammix allowed me to create a great, fairly complex diagram fairly easily. The only difficulty I had with the program is the documentation. Some functionality- especially for novices- was not easily found. The developer is working on a more extensive PDF to address this- and, will hopefully make this more easily accessible on his web site. In the meantime- just shoot him an email- Igor is most responsible and conscientious! Kudos to fine work.

Nice but there's lot of room for improvement

The app is great and I like the funny style a lot. I am college student and for my learning style this is very good. I used Inspiration before but due to many reasons to include finance. I can't continue with them. The app misses an important feature which is to add note to the forms like in inspiration. Everything cannot fit in one diagram and the ability to add extra notes like many of those mapping softwares provides is not negotiable because it allows one to have it all in one place. Also they should make it available to import more forms and have image bank that we could add to our diagrams. In regards to the linking it would be great if this could be set to link all at once, automatic balancing and ordering because an awful lot of time is wasted trying to link one after the order, arranging them and balancing them (in between forms).With these 3 features: image bank + outline view for notes (or extra features to add notes) + Balance (automatic linking, balance and arranging) my ratings would definetely be 5 stars. For this two reason I must say that I do miss Inspiration and most of the time I will find myself back to Mindjet or other mapping software.

Productive from the get-go

Looked over a few Diagramming products in the store, decided to give this one a try though it was quite a bit more than another I was considering, though considerably less then a couple of others. After install started it and began to give it a try. Within 1-2 minutes, *literally*, I was productive and diagramming an extremely important project that required a serious tool. After a couple of hours, still going strong. Can't say that about very many products that deliver this level of utility, and I absolutely love it when I can. No difficult interface, no long study to get it to do what you want it to do, provide diagras. Straight-forward and direct, clean interface, good looking diagrams, all the functionality I need in diagramming. Cons: A flake here and there, nothing serious yet. Duplicating a grouped object loses the connectors in the group, the connectors to the group remain. Picking out closely aligned objects is difficult, you can click right in the middle of an object and drag and if a larger object is pretty close to it you'll drag the larger object not the smaller. Work-around is to move the larger, position the smaller, then move the larger back to where you want it. Not ideal but not critical.UnDo works sometimes not all the time. Doesn't seem to be able to UnDo multiple changes and haven't found a redo yet, so walking back and forth through changes/undo's isn't a strong suit. Otherwise, best $20 spent yet on a product.

I have ben looking for an application to help me with my MBA, we have many diagrams to do specially mind mapps and I don't want a software to help me do the miond mapping because we need to do it alone and we should learn. I needed an application that can give me a visual view of the mind map or the diagram and I found this application helpful, easy to use and enough features for me to use. I don't want top of the line application which I pay lots of money on, and I don't want a $1 application with many less features, I want an application that can give me enough flexibility, enough shapes, simple to use, not so fancy, can export to PDF or image to post it in my assignment or project and not expensive. If this is what you're looking for then this is it….buy it
