I’ll admit on my end I’ve made a big mistake a dumb one at that but I’ve learned my lesson. So I’ve been trying out these free trials on different apps to see how they work and I would always remember to cancel them in case of anything so I’ve must’ve been stressed and not at the right mindset at the time. It charged my account allot of money so I simply wrote in live support chat messages and emailed them SEVERAL times and no response. What really bugged me tho was the fact that they would always respond to me quickly in a flash but when it came to asking for a refund … nothing at all…. I would respect them more if they would tell me that they’re unable of doing that but anyways lesson learned what would you expect they have only 1 review
