I like this app because it helps to communicate with foreigners especially when you travel if you don’t understand a language this helps a lot google translate or a dictionary won’t be necessary anymore after using this app I highly recommend using this app it’s like you’re having a conversation but at the same time it works like talking back-and-forth
I found the instructions inadequate I would also have to purchase apps to help the translator also The translator is not easy to operate calling for help I’ve already done that and it doesn’t work your left on the line and then when someone does answer , hard to understand would like to return item there is an expense to that as well .
Beware buyers I would very much like to return this item if I could actually access assistance to do it I will try calling the number one more time and try to handle agent poor broken English. Just would like my money back, and see if I can get a refund.
I strongly recommend not to buy. I believe that from their website to the product in my hand is a scam!!

I downloaded this app while in China and only used it once or twice because it took too long to translate, and, when it did translate, it was inaccurate more often than it was right.
I completely forgot about it until my credit card company notified me that my iTunes bill seemed much higher than usual last month. When I checked, I realized that I was being billed $4.99 per WEEK for an app I hardly used.
I think I trusted this app because it was very highly rated, but, I’m now wondering if those ratings were either fake, for a previous version of the app, or if they are from users who were translating into or from languages besides Chinese.

I love this app it is amazing and it really helps me to speak to my other family members who don’t speak the same language and all but there is just one major problem or issue you see there is a free trial and I thought it would be for free and no paying every month or year or that you just had to pay once and then no more paying and you get it permanently but instead you have to pay a free trial which I don’t want to pay

At the moment I give 0 stars to this app and their company. I paid $99 for the year and it had worked wonderfully for me for quite awhile. I actually paid $99 for a second year. However a month or so after renewing my subscription, it’s not working. I wrote to Maple Media and explained the issue (ad pops up whenever I try to use it again) and they responded with directions that are complicated. I just want to be able to use this app again. What’s going on with it? I’m super frustrated. I didn’t find them very helpful. Anybody have suggestions for a different app?
I am going on a trip to Puerto Rico in a couple of months, and I was looking for an app that could quickly translate my voice. This is perfect, and the free parts are just what I need. It has the audio to audio and text to text without the subscription. I was also very pleased to see the bonus of a widget!
So I was playing around with it and I thought it was a really fun app that you could use. Then when I played for a bit it said I had to pay for everything or I couldn’t play the app. So I closed out of the game and rejoined in and it tried to charge me again. The next day I checked and it was fine so I typed in like three of them and then it told me I had to pay. So you have to pay in the end but overall it’s a really good translater
I would really recommend using this when going places or trying to teach yourself how to speak a different language! It’s really helps, but you need to make sure to speak clearly, or it won’t translate the right thing. It comes in handy when going places and talking to others!
The best part about this is if you go to a different country state or city and don’t know how to speak they’re language this app helps you. It has like 100 different languages to see how to say a word. Then use that app to translate to the language of where ever you are. My opinion is this is an awesome translation app for different languages. I would give this a 8 out of 10.
