Level365 Mobile Connect is a softphone client that extends the functionality of our Hosted UC Platform beyond the office. It brings features of the Level365 platform directly to to our mobile device as a full unified communications solution. With Level365 Mobile Connect, you are able to maintain the same identity when making or receiving calls from any location, regardless of their device. You are also able to seamlessly transfer an ongoing call from one device to another and continue that call without interruption. Level365 Mobile Connect grants you the ability to manage contacts, voicemail, call history and configurations in a single location. This includes the management of answering rules. greetings, and presence which all contribute to more efficient communication.

Fixed an issue where a user receives call notifications after they have logged out. Attempts to answer or end incoming calls resulted in a crash.

Fixed an issue where a user was unable to scroll through a long list of available SMS numbers when starting a new conversation.

Added an improvement where chat push notifications will now include an image preview for chat messages that contain an image.

Resolved an issue where MFA-enabled users would encounter app performance issues when their API access/refresh tokens expired.

Unreliable App

No problems with service on hard phones - this review is strictly based off the experience with this App. Due to Covid, we were required to work remotely and use the App rather than our hard phones in office. It has been the most aggravating experience since. Constant dropped calls, garbled voice recordings, phone logs will show incoming calls, but will not ring to the phone. Had been told that no other customers were experiencing these issues, so that it must be our network. Interesting how we are all on different networks/WiFi and yet we all have the same problems. It has gotten increasingly worse. Dropping 365 this month in hopes for a reliable system that doesn’t lose us customers.
