Great but many mistakes
The idea of this is great but it gets really frustrating to have to constantly double check. Many videos are inaccurate to what the description states and at times, the title and description are at odds or some have been clearly copied and pasted creating duplication and confusion.
I’ve been doing Diana’s fitness ratine for a long time and it 100% works!!! She knows what she’s doing and what she’s taking about! With the other guides she only had pdf pictures! I absolutely love the videos showing you what to do and how to do it! Also she writes down descriptions on how things are done ! 5 stars!
You can tell she spent so much time to make this as simple and understanding for one to use. The videos clearly show you what to do, if you still need more clarity she has a description on each excersize step by step on how to perform. This is so perfect and so cheap! ❤️
