What I’ve been waiting for

This is so great. Katrina’s programs are amazing - targeted, effective, affordable (not just the free beginners’ program), and she’s a super attentive coach to those in her programs. Not to be ungrateful, but my only complaint to date has been the clunkiness of working on laptop or smartphone browser, + paper to track it all. But what have we here?! An app! I’m just getting started but already love what I see! Keep it coming Katrina! And to newcomers, welcome to the community!

Love the app

Katrina is wonderful she is helping most of the women with the diastasis recti.I connected through her Facebook she share her knowledge and teach us to know our body and regarding this app it’s really easy to access and works very well as she responded very quickly and fix the issues.

Just What I Needed

Was looking for her program on a mobile scale and here it is. I’m part of her 8-week program and having issues remembering the steps away from my computer. I can now take her videos with me wherever I go.
