The foundation is there

This app is fire, but it could look so much better. I also wish i could swipe one way or the other when on defense. Some bugs as well. Sometime the die glitches out the bottom of the cup. Also I dont think the rim of the cup should have a lip hitbox. And lastly, the hard AI hits more nickers than my nan

What a pastime

Upon installation, I was skeptical. Could this REALLY be as exhilarating as tossing the cube whilst chugging Seagrams Lime Twisted Gin with my boys on a Friday afternoon? It would be a feat quite difficult to accomplish.

Upon downloading, I immediately noticed the detail in the explanation of the game to beginners (likely freshmen who have been playing beer pong for the last 4 years, or anyone who goes to GCU). The game is played quite easily, though I was surprised that defense is not yet available for play. (As we all know, defense wins championships). I know I’m not going to be winning big money on this game or be chugging nearly the same amount of booze as the real thing, but for an office/classroom pastime, I’m all about it.

It’s June, summer of 2019, cat stevens is blasting on the speaker, the weathers warm, the skies are clear and the only things pouring are dice from the sky and keystones into my red solo cup.

Fully bricked, housed on a cold couch on a gloomy winters day, the boys and I can only reminisce of these good ol’ days of summer and the 9-5 grind of tossin dice.

Each day goes by, and each day gets colder than the last, checkin the weekly weather forecast in hopes of a warm enough day to huck, but the day never comes.

But today, although not nearly warm enough to huck outdoors, the boys have stumbled upon a hidden gem and a true game changer. This DieUp app.

At first I was a little skeptical, and didn’t think this app would compare to the real life sport of tossin die.. I was completely wrong, this is app is unbelievably fun and a good way to stay in form during the off-season. Housed on a cold couch, or sitting in a pointless lecture this app is a great way to pass time and make sure your mentally fit for the tossin in the spring.

Great app!
