As with everything from DietDoctor, this app is beautiful in design, easy to use, and has solid information. I have made many of these recipes from the website and they are tasty and healthy. Highly recommend this app and the Diet Doctor website, videos, health information and podcast. The premium membership is well worth it, it will add menu planning to this app and access on the website to hundreds of top-quality videos. One month free trial available. Only request so far is that it will be optimized for the iPad. A larger format would make cooking in the kitchen easier.
If you are eating low carb or ketogenic diets, this is the best recipe app I have seen so far.

2 Weeks in and 10 lbs out! But...
I really like this app and it’s helped me cook in new ways I’d never thought possible on a keto diet. I’ve only just started my keto journey but I’m already seeing results with the help of this app! I have two complaints though. First, I wish there was a separate tab for your favorite recipes. You can tap on the heart to save it for meal planning but it is not in any particular order and sometimes I cannot make food ahead of time so I make it on the fly. Secondly, I could never use the meal plan portion of the app because as soon as I’m done with setting up the plan for the week, the app crashes. I can use the app as is now, but those two problems need to be fixed before I give it a perfect score!
Update challenge to 2019 & web to app integration
I am looking forward to talking the 2019 challenge, but the app is not yet updated with the new meal plans.
Currently if you want the 2019 challenge plans in the app, 2 weeks of meal plans have to be created manually. A real drag!
Sync between app and the website would be great added functionality, so that any changes will be updated to both my account & the app.

Also, some users experienced saved meal plans and favorited recipes not syncing correctly in the app, we are looking into this issue now and hope to release an update that will fix this real soon.
