In addition, you will have access to helpful mobile tools such as viewing your account balance and transaction details on-the-go, viewing pending claims, and accessing important messages from The Difference Card.
For security reasons, you will need to register and create an account, even if you have already registered on The Difference Card website.
When using the app for the first time, you will be guided to take some important actions, such as specifying chronic conditions, loading your virtual medicine cabinet, and adding your health insurance provider. This will provide a truly personalized mobile app experience!

Finally got it working
Had to uninstall the app the reinstall to get it to let me login. Now I just need them to find the deposit they lost.
Stay away. Scam.
I have never interacted with a company with such a high level of incompetence, indifference toward customers needs, and yet superficial pleasantness on the phone. The superficial pleasantness will engender misplaced trust and lead you to call them again when their promises are unkept. The mixture of incompetence and indifference towards your needs though will finally lead you to realize this company is a scam. That they have built such a presence in New York City is outstanding considering they refuse to reimburse for services. Enrolling in The Difference Card is a mistake. Spending time collecting documents to send to them for reimbursements is a further mistake. The reason for the length of this review though, is the atrocious customer service, really the worst combination of incompetence, indifference, and false hope. Stay very far away.
Not User Friendly
I have had Diff Card for many years now and never have their services been user friendly except the one year or so the submissions for payment involved uploading a pic or scan of a bill. That seemed to be any easy process. All other formats gives the appearance of being simple only to lead to some point where the user appears stuck with no submission confirmation.
