We regularly update the Dig app to fix bugs and improve performance. This update makes nutrition information and ingredients lists easier to find and fixes some bugs related to the View Bag button, menu suggestions, and navigation.

I ordered the other day, and after 1.5 hours the order was marked as delivered. I went outside to look for my food, but it was nowhere to be found. I tried looking through the app for any helpful updates but couldn’t find anything (there’s no map in the app or delivery man phone number). Tried calling the restaurant and thankfully they picked up on the 2nd call. They then proceeded to tell me that the order was there but that they don’t deliver to my address anymore (i.e. an hour - hour and a half after I placed the order) so they can’t deliver it and they cancelled my order (on the app though they marked it as delivered) . The guy on the phone told me he’d give me a refund, but they only gave me a PARTIAL refund for an order THEY cancelled after 1.5 hrs. I contacted support through the app, but no response. I had several mistakes happen with Dig Inn in the past as well. The last order right before this one arrived completely wrong , and a bunch of things I paid for (and some i paid extra for) didn’t arrive with the order .

Abysmal performance continues
As highlighted numerous times over the past couple years, the DIG app is extremely unstable and upon virtually every visit to DIG, the app forces you to re-sign in and wastes a bunch of time at checkout. Was forced to pay with a card today because I couldn’t get signed in promptly, thus losing any levelup points.

Thanks so much for your feedback. Currently, the app does require signing in about once a month. We are investigating a fix for that now, because we know how stressful it is to try to log in while you're at the checkout. Missing part of my order
We ordered two brownies with our order and they were missing. Besides that everything was good.
