numere de telefon mobil sau să iți adaugi extraopțiuni. Poți chiar și
să-ti programezi instalarea serviciilor.
Cele mai bune oferte sunt mereu la Digi, iar acum le găsești mereu pe net,
în aplicația Digi România. Internet fix cu 1000 Mbps, Digi Mobil Optim
Nelimitat, Televiziune disponibilă oriunde și Energie electrica -
suficiente motive să fii sau să vii la Digi. Nu am uitat nici de portare -
vii cu numărul tau în rețeaua Digi Mobil făra complicații, fără așteptare.

Tot din aplicație găsești cel mai apropiat magazin Digi, poți activa
factura electronica sau să ne ceri asistență tehnică. Totul la un click

Terrible customer service
If you decide to call them on a Saturday night after a 30 minute wait on hold you get an operator that doesn’t even bother to help you over the phone.. I hate the run around. I can’t log in and can’t set to pay my online bills. Waste of time. 🥺

Greu de folosit
Se încarcă foarte greu sau deloc. Odată încărcată, nu este intuitiva. Am selectat un serviciu extra, de care ulterior nu m-am putut folosi. Încerc sa intru in contact prin app, și după 2 încercări, am decis sa șterg app și sa fac Download din nou, in speranța ca poate merge. Dezamăgitor.
Dezinteres
Aplicatia are doar lista de facturi, nu mai poti administra comanda echipamente, pe interfata web a fostului site digicare nu mai poti activa voyo ... serios?
Doresc o explicatie detaliata legata de problemele de mai sus !
