24 hours after putting this app on my phone and adding money, I am still unable to make an international call. When I dial the number I get a fast busy signal which means that the call is not going through. Customer service they gave me an 800 number to access the service outside without the app. The access # works fine BUT the problem is the rate on their 800 number is twice the rate of the app, so instead of paying $.10 per minute on the app, I have to pay $.20 per minute. I was told by Customerservice that I should uninstall and reinstall the app, but that still did not fix the problem with the fast busy signals with all the numbers I call. I don’t see why I have to pay twice the amount when the app should at half the price. Why should I literally pay more due to for dysfunctional app?

I don’t personally use this app but I downloaded it on my moms iPhone in an attempt to find an alternative to her using the house phone to call her family back in Guyana. She tends to talk to my grandmother everyday or every other day and the bill used to add up. This app has saved her so much money!!! $20 recharges last her about 6-8weeks. She used to spends $100 minimum per month. She hasn’t complained of any issues so we are very happy with the app.

I try to purchase mins to make an international call twice they said the card declined, the next day the money was taking from my acc, I call them they as no transaction history. And advice to call my bank, the bank told me the date and time the money was taking, when I call back the guy start been rude and sarcastic listing out all the calls i made, so I ask for a supervisor, it was was the worst mistake I made, the agent start till me I should call in the morning and the supervisor gonna tell me the same thing, so I ask who was above him, that’s when he start getting rude and hang up

I used to like this app but after I've noticed they charged me without even talk or without even leave a voicemail and no option to refund anywhere on the app so I removed the payment information because I left one of the app because they're used to charge for the same thing but there was in option for refund so I just didn't like it because of those charges and when I picked this one I thought it was better but this one is even worse ....................

This app stays true to its name and purpose. It offers a speedy connection while maintaining your actual phone number displayed on the caller I.D, this way the person you called knows who's calling, and above all every single call placed is of great clarity. No drop calls, no disruption of call. Good work Digicel, good work.

This is my absolute go to for making international calls. I used to get slapped with a huge phone bill every month because I have a lot of family in the Caribbean to call. I've been able to connect easily at an affordable rate with this app!
