How to access:
1. Sign in to Digicel ID and add your H&E account
2. Download the app
3. Enter your Phone Number or Email and Password
4. Enjoy your Live TV and On Demand.

Unusable
The app hasn’t worked for almost a year now. It is literally unusable as it errors out after pressing the login button.
At this point it should be de-listed from the store and references to it removed from Digicel’s website until it’s replacement, if there is going to be one, is put in place.
Time to file a class action suit to teach not Digicel but all telc operators a lesson in Trinidad

You have an issue with your bill and forgives blocks your number from calling so u can’t get service…
