Real Dumb
Cant even use because you can't log on too it because it is asking for information you haven't even submitted. Way too confusing as to why someone would make an app like this.
Useless
Unable to log onto app after download. Initially asks for member number, “Device Name” and last name. Device name is undefined. I called Privacy IT support. They were shockingly clueless (spent total of 30 min on intermittent holds). Was told to use website.
