Every stage exposes its source concentration, transfer volume, diluent volume, prepared total, and achieved concentration.
The Standard Curve Studio builds 3- to 12-point curves and compares two real preparation strategies:
- Serial chain preparation from the preceding standard
- Independent preparation from the source stock
- Assay-volume reservations and feasibility checks
- Reagent, well, and pipette-tip estimates
- Standard and no-template-control plate mapping
- PDF bench packets and CSV exports through the system share sheet
