With the Master data-app data like customers, employees, activities and many more are managed.
The following master data is managed:
- Customers and customer categories
- Employees and employee categories
- Payment terms
- Tax codes
- Invoice Layouts
Each time master data is added or changed the information is logged in the audit trail logging.
Old values, new values, username, date and time are automatically stored.
When the master data is managed centralized only this master data-app is allowed to change the master data and settings, otherwise all other apps of the Dipasc Business Suite can change master data.

Using the Report and the Dashboard Pdf’s can be created. These Pdf documents are also shared across all your devices. You can upload your own documents. Every document can be attached to a customer, this way you can for example create a customer file.
The Master data-app is extremely flexible, you can setup a large number of settings to meet your requirements. For example you can setup:
- managed centralized or decentralized
- default customer category and color
- default employee category and color
- used address format
- the image quality to be used
- how much historical information you want to view
- the language the app should run
- the paper size you use
- the used addresses format
- the currency and distance unit (kilometers or miles) is automatically determined using your device local settings
All data is automatically synchronized across all your devices, the number of devices is unlimited.
All data is unlimited, you can create as many customers and all other master data as you need.
DIPASC BUSINESS SUITE
