This app is great for searching bookings. And easy update to improve customer experience would be storing customer info to avoid repeated entries. I have just booked 3 ferries and had to type and enter all in for for passengers vehicles and such 3x.Otherwise great and modern service
Worst service and costly

They have the worst customer service ever. No number to contact, in case urgency you won’t get any help through app or emails. Their online price are 30% higher than the on spot price, even if you buy 2-3 days early. My car broke down on the way to ferry, so i tried to call them but there’s no contact number, i emailed them but an automated reply said it will be reviewed in 1-2 days which was too late. I tried to chat in the app but it directed me to the app to make any change but app didn’t allow. I didn’t get any refund or amendment since no way to contact them. Anyway at the jetty i had to buy the tickets again, it was 30% cheaper than the prices that i paid 2 days earlier. After 1 day they replied on email and i asked for any kind of refund but they said it’s not possible. I will not use this app or their website ever again. Thanks

I purchased my ticket, I get an email saying we’ve taken money out of your account, but the ticket is not confirmed. My ferry leaves in 12 hours. So I am understandably concerned.I show up at the ferry the next morning, they have no record of my booking. So I have to purchase a new ticket at the ships departure point.I tried to cancel through the app, but the cancel button is not highlighted, and I cannot click it. Go directly to the ferry that you would like to book, do not use these people who take €20 off the top

DON’T use this agency. Buy your tickets at official sites. They charge you twice more than the official sites if you are booking in advance. I unfortunately found it out a minute too late and made request to cancel 5 min after I paid, which was in fact 20 minutes before this site even confirmed my reservation, and this dishonest agency charged me “non refundable fee” as much as almost one third of the actual ferry ticket price (40 USD). I feel robbed. Will NEVER recommend this agency.
