Fantastic All Arround

Over the years I've used several of the popular mailing list options out there: MailChimp, Constant Contact, Campaign Monitor, and others. After using Direct Mail for several months now I'm convinced it's the best option on the market, especially for those who prefer hands-on control on their own Macs. It's website sign-up form implementation is incredibly easy to set up, as is managing numerous lists and doing a wide range of maintenance on them. All the tools are well designed and flawless. Customization of outgoing messages is among the best I've used, and since I'm on the Pay-Per-Email plan—at $0.01 per recipient—it's definitely among the most affordable. Highly recommended.

Easiest Newsletter Format

I tried just about everything on the market a few years ago. Good grief, but they were complicated. When I found Direct Mail, I felt like I had finally discovered the right app for writing newsletters. There's a minimal learning curve. But everything I need is right there. Buttons are super easy to make and have color options. I can drag photos and graphics in with no problems. And the reports are very helpful. I can see what percentage of people use various devices to read the newsletter and how many people clicked on the various links. Definitely the best program out there.

BEST CAMPAIGN MAIL PROGRAM OUT THERE!

I have used this program for years. It is refreshing to have a software that bases its pricing off of usage rather than a monthly subscription fee. The email templates are very attractive and to customize them and save your templates is a breeze. I use the wordpress plugin on my website and my mail list grows seemlessly. I usually do not post reviews however after the fantastic customer service experience I just had with them. I am happy to take the time to post the review. If you are using one of the other well known and more costly options then I would recommend you check this out!
