Wish that you had a better privacy policy-can you work on eliminating the tracking data?
Disappointing
Sooo after finally being able to sign up I realized I didn’t get the three months free as promised through T-Mobile. There were issues experienced with signing up like other reviewers were having. I thought it was fixed but my free trial is only for one month instead of three even though it said claimed on T-Mobile. I emailed support but have received no response. I will be cancelling since I can’t get help and still to many issues to work out with the app. I wanted the three month trial to give myself ample time to check it out completely but since I received no support I will be cancelling. Not worth paying for.
The issues I’m currently experiencing are when turning my phone sideways the video doesn’t automatically adjust the size. It seems slow, always buffering before starting a film. There’s no way to see a full description of what you’re watching, only a couple words and then nothing. It’s also quite annoying when I’ve finished a video there seems to be no way to return to the “main menu”. I have to close the app and restart it to see selections. If these issues are fixed it would definitely be an improvement and possibly worth paying for if you like this type of content like I do.

Formatting is terrible
This app should be free, I really hope when the free trial is over there have been many improvements made because the app is difficult to use, it’s impossible to read more than a few words describing each title and the formatting makes it annoying I definitely would not pay money to have access to the app as is. Seems like someone jumped the gun way early on this one The couple titles I watched were interesting.
