Discover Niagara Shuttle ٤+

So we recently visited Niagara Falls! The trolley app tracks the buses which is fine if you are familiar with the area however I am not. I would much prefer a timetable exactly. They should run buses every 20 minutes. There was one trolley every hour then 2 trolley back to back. The app does not really do much. Needs major improvements. Also some information for major sites has not been updated properly. I feel if they took time to invest in the app. A time table, more buses and on the app talk about the sites the timeframes they are open and what’s it about. I think it would be a better app to rate.

The shuttle is the best way to see everything in the area, and this app lets you accurately track the shuttles know when your ride is coming.

The app promoted every half hour a bus will be there, but there’s been multiple times i’ve stayed there over an hour and no bus showed. people rely on the bus and for places like youngstown or artpark some buses seem to skip those stops since there’s often nobody there, but it ruins it for people who are. app needs better tracking so people can time accordingly. the shuttle ride in general is fine, it’s just the bus timing and app that makes it bad. the timing isn’t reliable because one day it can come at the right time and the next it doesn’t. i’m getting sick and tired of taking a bus that has unreliable ride times.
