Great For Searching Large Archives

With about 50 hard drives of various archived film projects for my business, it can be very troublesome finding media when new work calls for old assets. I've been using DiskCatalogMaker to finally give me the ability to search all of my media without even having to plug in a single drive to find what I'm looking for. Once I locate the files I want in DCM, I know exactly which disk to connect - then from there. Way better than a ton of print labels explaining my content. Even better with both. :)

I paid $80 for this app because I have about 100 hard drives to catalog and I saw in the screenshots that it scans and saves the comments from the metadata extended attributes. IT DOES NOT. That was a very important feature that I MUST HAVE and is why I paid the asking price for this app. I did not get what I paid for, the screenshots are a lie and I feel cheated and ripped off.
