Description
Dispatch Science’s Delivery Management System Driver app.
Enables couriers and parcel delivery drivers to receive orders with optimized routes, pickup and delivery instructions and much more. The app lets drivers capture proofs of delivery, scan barcodes, and communicate with their dispatchers.

Ratings and Reviews
Complete and total garbage
This company must have one server because it constantly goes down and will not upload anything. They have no customer service. Next to impossible to use. If you have a trucking company do not use this app
Best driver interface ever
I’m not sure where all of the 1 star reviews come from…I have been in the expedited delivery business for 30 years and have used all of the major platforms. This is the easiest driver app to negotiate to date.
Please note that to utilize the driver app, you have to be linked to a company that utilizes the software. Otherwise, it will not work!
We work with over 80 drivers completing 500 orders daily flawlessly for the past 2 years.
Never have had the opportunity to call tech support as I’m pretty sure they don’t even have a number. Sounds sketchy, though their support email gets answered in minutes.
NAVIGATION MUST BE NEAREST NEIGHBOR STARTING FROM PICKUP LOCATION
This application has me going back and forth on the same road for each delivery even when I’m right next to what SHOULD be the next delivery location. TO FIX THIS: The routing needs to be based on NEAREST NEIGHBOR. For example: For each location, find next closest location. Please fix. Wasting gas and time. Thanks
