Great service. App needs some work

The service provided by the health care providers was excellent, as was the dispatcher whom I spoke with on the phone. It’s really great to have in-home care provided. However, the ‘call’ button in the app doesn’t work for me, and it would be nice if you could review your past appointments and status in the app.

Highly recommend to friends, family and anyone who needs urgent care.

Revolutionary!

So with a stomach bug ravaging our house, my husband caught it and was down for the count. He was losing so many fluids and couldn’t manage to take in more. I have being seeing several ads on Facebook about an app called Dispatch Health and was pretty curious about it. So I thought I would give the app a try, and I am seriously mind blown. With our insurance, using Dispatch Health costs the same as an Urgent Care visit. And I don’t know about you guys, but I hate going to Urgent Care. A licensed Nurse Practitioner came to our home with her nurse and got him all set up with an IV bag as well as anti-nausea medication. They were so friendly and personable, and took very good care of my husband. He is already feeling so much better. This is revolutionary medical care if you ask me. They are open from 8am to 8pm, and from the time I used the app, to the time they showed up at my door was only 1 hour. That’s about how long you wait in an Urgent Care office. I definitely plan on using them in the future. With two kids, I can imagine I will have plenty of opportunities. A+++ Dispatch Health 👍🏼

Who You Gonna Call?

Need an at-home healthcare visit? Afraid to go to the ER or DR office and be exposed to ‘sick’ people? DispatchHealth is a your answer! My dad was diagnosed five days ago w Covid, he is 86, lives alone in a senior’s apartment complex that is on ‘lock-down’ due to the emergence of Covid amongst their residents - so, no visitors. I downloaded the DispatchHealth app, they contacted me and dispatched an RN, and a Tech, to his apartment where he was examined and evaluated to see if he needed to go to the hospital. They phoned me during the exam, we discussed Dad’s condition, made arrangements for a followup appointment two days later for IV fluids. Yes, they do that - and many other treatments if necessary. What a great service they offer in these crazy covid times...
