I placed an order for medicines on May 17, 2025, through this app and paid an extra $14 for premium express delivery. It's now May 30, and I still haven't received my products. Despite the premium charge, the package hasn’t even cleared customs yet.I’ve contacted customer support around 15 times, and every single time I was told, “We’ll get back to you in 1–2 business days.” It’s been over two weeks—still no proper update, no email, and no resolution. The service from DistaCart has been absolutely unprofessional and frustrating.There’s zero accountability, the staff is unhelpful, and the overall experience is beyond poor. I strongly advise against using this app for any purchases, and I’ll be telling my friends to avoid it as well. Worst service ever.

This is fake!! Please don’t order anything from this I haven’t got my order and they have charged me for premium 3-5 days shipping. But I still haven’t received my order and they charged me with delivery fees and my order never arrived I’m requesting people to do not fall for this scam. The scariest part is they don’t have support or help options. We cannot contact anyone. If you see the address it will show you some house for this app but nobody will respond and the order will never arrive it’s fake!!!

Idea of selling Indian products in US is good but the cost of the products is extremely high which 3-4 times more than actual price. For example, dairy milk chocolate which is around 80 to 100 rupees India and around 2$ in some US stores and in this app they are selling for 6-7$, same thing for ghee, betel nut powder,hair serums etc.It would be good if you can reduce your pricing strategy otherwise this app has good future

I ordered homeopathic medicines from them. They delivered all of them in just 4-5 days in US from India. They are very reliable. And they got very good customer service also. Would love to order them from again.
Wish picture has more clarity, not blurry..so person can read clearhas description of benefits in detail, everybody is not expert.Has past order list and ability to reorder, so won't have to limited access.Packing needs to be done more professionaly. looks like indian kirana store packing....

I have placed orders through this app on two separate occasions, and in both instances the delivery time exceeded 20 days. Such delays are not acceptable and reflect poorly on the service standards of the platform.Due to the consistently slow delivery experience, I am dissatisfied with the service and would not recommend this app to customers who expect timely order fulfillment.
