No coverage info??

A simplistic app should have basic login capabilities to display content associated to said service. This app is almost useless without that capability. Suggestion, with the ability to have shortcut actions for holding the app icon on the Home Screen, you should add the simple contact EMS which is the same execution for clicking the phone within the app. That would be a useful option.

If no real world enhancements are added this app looks to be nothing more than a HS or intern project that really proves no real value for daily usage.

Disappointed

I was hoping I could have an app to view my insurance information but I see, despite the developer telling another rating 2 years ago that improvements to do that are coming, they still are not here.

I don’t understand the backwards functionality of trying to get someone to download an app to sign up and to use a web browser to manage. I think signing up on the web and then having your information and membership ID on the convenient mobile app makes much more sense.

As a developer, I’d you need any assistance with an app that can pull the basics of a members account, let me know.

Cannot View Your Membership Info

Extremely disappointed. Better off just bookmarking the DAN site in Safari, since almost all functions within the app just open Safari to the relevant web page.

Was hoping to be able to have a more convenient and easily navigable way to look up, review, and update my DAN membership info from my phone.

I'll change my rating once the app is capable of those things, until then - it's barely worth 1 star.
